At Finton House parents are encouraged to become involved in school life.
We know that to turn your child over to someone else's care is a major decision, and it means a great deal to us that you have chosen Finton House. We do all we can to build relationships with families based on the best interests of your child and mutual trust.
We want you to enjoy Finton as much as your children do, and there are lots of ways to do this. The playground at dropping off and picking up times is a great place to have a quick chat with the Headmaster, teachers and friends. Or, if you prefer, drop into the office and make an appointment, or write to your child's teacher using the message book. You won't want to miss class assemblies, plays, concerts and sporting events, which are listed in the termly calendar. There are lots of events for grown-ups too, and Finton House parents are famous for knowing how to have a good time!

If you have some free time during the day, you might like to volunteer to hear children read or accompany a class trip out of school. If you would like to help with events or fundraising, have a look at the 'Friends of Finton House' page. However much you choose to get involved, we are sure you always have happy memories of your child's time - and your time - at Finton House.
